We do not require any fee to sign a framework contract because we want our partners to retain their flexibility for the entire duration of the cooperation.

In principle, the framework agreement is intended to act as a safeguard for all parties. When a sudden need for a recruitment project arises, you can just let us know literally at any time via a dedicated requisition form or request a briefing.

After each request, we conduct an analysis, detailing any missing information or aspects to be changed to increase the chances of finding a suitable, qualified employee. When we are confident that everything is well prepared, we send a summary of the assignment for confirmation.
